针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke insomnia

目的观察针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床疗效。方法将85例脑卒中患者随机分为两组,针刺组43例,采用针刺治疗;药物组42例,采用口服阿普唑仑治疗。比较两组睡眠改善情况。结果针刺组的疗效优于药物组(P<0.01)。结论采用针刺疗法治疗脑卒中后失眠疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia.Methods Eighty-five patients with post-stroke insomnia were randomly divided into two groups：the acupuncture group（n = 43） was given acupuncture,the drug group（n = 42） was given conventional alprazolam.The improvements in sleep quality were compared after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture group was better than the drug group（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture has a good effect in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia.
