新疆巴州牦牛种群线粒体DNA遗传多样性及其系统发育分析 被引量:3

Analysis on Genetic Diversity and Phylogenetic Relationship of Xingjiang Bazhou Yak Bsed on Mitochondrial DNA

摘要 研究测定新疆巴州牦牛种群线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因全长序列,在此基础上构建系统发育树,分析种群的遗传现状。结果表明,在17头巴州牦牛个体中检测到4种Cyt b基因单倍型,单倍型多样性为0.331,核苷酸多样性为0.00102;系统发育关系显示,巴州牦牛Cyt b基因单倍型明显有两个分支,一支与家牦牛单倍型聚在一起,另一支与新疆野牦牛单倍型聚在一起,表明巴州牦牛可能有2个母系起源。 In the present study,the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene sequences of Xinjiang Bazhou yak population were sequenced and the phylogenetic trees were constructed to analyze genetic status.The results showed that four total haplotypes were detected of seventeen samples with the haplotype diversity 0.0331 and the nucleotide diversity 0.00102.The phylogenesis revealed there were two obvious branches of cytochrome b gene haplotypes,one was clustered with domestic yaks and the other was clustered with wild yaks.It illustrated that there may be two maternal origin for Bazhou yak.
