摘要
基于声检测原理的地面标记已成为当今管道技术的发展趋势,针对目前管道地面标记难和精度低的问题,提出了一种高灵敏度、具有良好的低频性能和较低功耗的MEMS矢量传感器。针对该矢量传感器在地面标记时存在的左右弦模糊的问题,提出了一种新的研究方案,通过理论分析和实验验证得出该方案的正确性。通过实验得出:定向角度平均误差在5°以内,满足工程需要。
The ground mark based on sound detection principle has been development trends of pipeline technology, aiming at present problem that the pipeline marking difficulties and low t precision, a new MEMS vector sensor which has advantages of high sensitivity, good characteristic of low frequency performance, lower power consumption, is put forward. And aiming at situation that the port/starboard blur problem, a new scheme is put forward, through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it is concluded that the scheme is correct. The result of the experiment shows that directional angle average error is within 5~ ,which meet the need of engineering prqiect.
