2,2'-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸铵的合成及性能

摘要 合成了1种新型非金属有机磷酸盐成核剂,2,2'-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸铵(An),并对其进行了结构表征。元素分析、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、及31P核磁(31P NMR)结果表明,所合成的产品与目标产物结构特征一致。采用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了An的熔点,结果表明:An的熔点为262℃,明显低于2,2'-亚甲基-双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸钠(NA-11)。进一步考察了An对等规聚丙烯iPP的结晶行为与物理性能的影响,结果表明:当加入0.15%An时,iPP的结晶温度从111.4℃升高到129.5℃。雾度测试结果表明:An对iPP产品雾度的降低优于NA-11。由此可知,An是1种有效的PP成核剂。 A new non-metallic organophosphate salt nucleating agent, ammonium 2, 2'-methylene- bis (4, 6-di-t- butylphenyl) phosphate was synthesized and characterized. The results of element analysis, FT-IR,and 31PNMR indicated that the characterization of synthesized product was consistent with objective product. The melting point of An was tested by means of DSC, and result showed that the melting point of An was 262℃ , which was lower than that of sodium 2,2'-methylene-bis (4, 6-di-t-hutylphenyl) phosphate(NA-11) obviously. Further, the nucleation properties of An on isotactic polypropylenel(iPP) was investigated,the result showed that An had an significant effect on the crystallization of iPP. When 0.15 % An was added in the polymer,the crystallization peak temperature of nucleated iPP was increased from 111.4 ℃ to 129.5 ℃. Compared with NA-11 ,the decreased haze value of nucleated iPP with An was better than NA-11. As a result, An was a new and effective nucleating agent for iPP.
