摘要
采用广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及偏光显微镜(PLM)等研究了酰胺类β成核剂对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)结晶行为及晶体形态,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明:加入TMB-5成核剂后,PPR的晶体形态由α晶向β晶转变;结晶温度从102.4℃提高到了109.3℃;PPR的缺口冲击强度从30.6 kJ/m2增加到35.2 kJ/m2,而拉伸强度略有下降。
Crystallization behavior and morphology of PPR induced by T1VIB-5 were investigated by wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WXRD) , differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscope ( PLM ). The mechanical properties were also tested. The results showed that the crystallization peaks rise from 102.4℃ to 109.3℃ and induced crystalline form converted to β crystalline form while the TMB-5 was added. The notched impact strength was improved from 30.6 kJ/m^2 to 35.2 kJ/m^2 ,but the tensile strength decreased slightly.
