摘要
利用Moldflow软件对电器保护盒的注塑成型过程进行了模流分析,并提出2套成型设计优化方案。从充填时间、注射压力、气穴、熔接痕和翘曲变形量等方面进行了综合对比,最终确定了合理的注塑成型设计方案,大大缩短了产品开发周期,提高了企业生产效率。
The mold flow of injection molding process for electric protection box was analyzed by Moldflow software,and two sets of optimizing design scheme were put forward. The final injection molding design was determined by comparing in fill time,injection pressure, air traps, weld lines, warpage, deformation and so on. The product development cycle was greatly shortened and the production efficiency was raised.
