桔小实蝇本地寄生蜂长尾全裂茧蜂成虫触角感器的扫描电镜观察 被引量:8

摘要 应用扫描电镜(SEM)对桔小实蝇本地寄生蜂长尾全裂茧蜂Diachasmimorpha longicaudata(Ashmead)成虫的触角感器进行观察。结果表明:长尾全裂茧蜂成虫触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,鞭节共49-52小节。在触角上共有8种感器,分别为Bhm鬃毛、毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、板形感器、腔锥形感器、钟形感器、嗅孔。毛型感器是主要感器,数量多且分布广,其次为板形感器。除了腔锥形感器Ⅱ外,雌雄蜂没有明显的二型现象。 The antennal sensory sensilla of the parasitoid Diachasmimorpha longicaudata Ashmead were observed with scanning electron microscopy. The antennal of D. longicaudata were formed with scape, pedicel and flagellum composed 49 -52 subsegments. Eight morphogically distinct types of sensilla were found on the antennae, including bohm bristle, sensilla trichoidea, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla placoid, sensilla coeleoconica I and I1, sensilla campaniformia, smell pore. Sensilla trichoidea was the main sensor, the large number and wide distribution, followed by the sensor was placoido Except sensilla coeleoconica 11 , there were no distinct differences between male and female parasitic wasp.
