新疆地勘局实施财资督导员制度透视

PERSPECTIVE OF CARRYING OUT INSPECTOR SYSTEM FOR PROPERTY AND FUND IN XIN JIANG PROVINCIAL BUREAU OF GEOLOGY AND PROSPECTING

新疆地勘局针对地勘单位财资管理水平低、问题多的状况 ,去年初 ,实施了向地勘单位派驻财资督导员办法。文章简单地介绍了此办法实施作法和效果。

In the light of low management, many problems in property and fund of Xin Jiang Provincial Bureau of Geology and Prospecting, the method of dispatching inspector of property and fund was carried out in geological prospecting units in early last year. The paper briefly introduces the way of doing and effect. The author also gives some proposal for strengthening the management of property and fund aiming at representative problems.
