摘要
为了使企业实现关键资源的有效配置 ,提出了基于能力的企业关键资源公共产品与私人产品相互转化的循环型模式 ,并阐述了其构成及其运行机制 ;指出以技术创新促进企业公共产品与私人产品的良性循环是企业增强竞争优势的有效途径。
In order to effectively arrange key resource in enterprises, the paper presents a transferable model which based on cycling between public products and private products in enterprises. Meanwhile, its factors and running mechanism are effectivly discussed. The paper points out that it is an effective way to strenthen competitive capability by turning techological innovation into the cycle from public products to private products in enterprises.
