21世纪将是以信息产业为主导的知识经济时代。信息产业正在以年增长率 10 %左右的高速度奔向2 1世纪 ,形成世界经济的新增长点 ,将成为 2 1世纪发展最快、规模最大、影响最深的产业。中国加入世贸组织 ,是中国积极参与经济全球化的重要体现 ,对我国信息产业的发展提供了前所未有的机遇 ,同时也带来了一定的压力和挑战。
The 2lst century is a knowledge-based economy era which the information industoy will occupy a leading position.As the result of 10% annual growth rate,it becomes a new economic growting tenchency in the worldwide economy and it will be a large-scale,deep-influence,fast-expanding industry in the 2lth century.Furthermore, China' s entry into WTO will provide Chinese information industry with opportunies,pressure and challenge.
