摘要
目前我国房地产估价存在着管理调控不善、行政干预过度、竞争不当等诸多问题。因此 ,必须理顺行业管理工作 ,政企分开 ,引进公平竞争机制 ,同时重视法规建设。
There are many problens in the assessed value of premises such as poor control,unfair comperition,overadministrative intervention,etc. It is inevitable to rationalize trade management and separate government functions from enterprise management.At the same time,it should attach great importance to the legal system and the fair competition.
