摘要
《中华人民共和国公司法》的修订已成为全社会普遍关注的问题 ,本文试从创造平等竞争环境 ,公司设立条件 ,加强对中小股东利益保护 ,引入期权机制等几个方面 ,对《中华人民共和国公司法》的修改提出建议。
The revisement of the company's Act has been one of the most concerned item by the whole society.In this essay,suggestions on the revisement of the law are provided including creating the equal enviornment for the competition,softening the terms of starting a company.enhancing the protection of the benifits for the stockholders with small capitals.
