血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/IIIa受体拮抗剂—替罗非班诱发严重血小板减少1例 被引量：2

摘要 1 病例资料 患者女性,女,70岁,主因＂阵发性喘憋7年,加重4h＂入住清华大学第一附属医院.既往有原发性高血压（高血压）和2型糖尿病史,入院心电图：窦性心律,Ⅰ、aVL、V4-6导联ST段抬高0.05～0.1 mV,Ⅲ、aVF导联T波倒置.心肌酶：心肌型肌酸激酶同功酶（CKMB）最高升至11.91 ng/mL,肌钙蛋白T 0.196 ng/mL.入院诊断为冠状动脉（冠脉）粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）,急性前侧壁心肌梗死,高血压3级,2型糖尿病.既往口服拜阿司匹林100 mg/d、氯吡格雷75 mg/d,曾应用过肝素、低分子肝素抗凝.
