摘要
测试了中低速磁浮轨排系统在列车通过时的动力响应,获得了轨排结构在动力荷载作用下的自振频率、动应力、位移动力系数以及螺栓力。结果表明:轨排结构的竖向振动一阶频率和二阶频率分别为9.088 Hz和17.614 Hz,横向振动的一阶频率和二阶频率分别为6.426 Hz和17.614 Hz;轨排结构的横向振动与竖向振动相耦联,但并非是扭转振动所致;导轨和轨枕的应力变化与车速关系不明显;在所测车速范围内,位移动力系数随着车速的增加呈增大趋势。
The paper measured the dynamic responses of the medium and low speed maglev track panels in action of the train and by this means obtained the natural frequency, dynamic stress, displacement dynamic coefficients and the bolt tension of the track panel. The results indicate that the phase-one and phase-two vertical vibration frequency stood at 9. 088 Hz and 17. 614 Hz respectively; while for the horizontal vibration frequency,6. 426 Hz and 17. 614 Hz. The coupling of the horizontal and vertical vibration was not caused by the torsional vibration; and no visible connection was found between the vehicle velocity and the stress changes either in the guideway or in the sleeper. However, within the velocity measured, the displacement dynamic coefficient goes up with the increase of the vehicle velocity.
