摘要
西北地区是我国经济相对落后、生态环境脆弱的多民族地区。本文从新时期西北经济大开发的背景及其战略意义出发 ,分析了经济大开发的相对优势及其限制性因素 ,提出了 2 1世纪西北经济大开发的基本战略措施。
Northwest region is an important economic area of China. Ecological deterioration and economic underdevelopment are two main characters of it.This paper discusses the context and significance of northwest regional economic massive exploitation ,analyses relative prevalence and limited factors, finally, puts forward some economic developing strategies of northwest region in the 21st century.
