针对经济适用房建筑设计中,如何通过更合理的布置各功能房间和公共交通核,来达到提高经济适用房品质等问题进行探讨。同时对如何结合结构专业对于高层超限问题的规定,取消不必要的外拉板后。

This Paper discusses how to improve the quality, etc. of economically affordable housing during its design by more rationally laying out functional rooms and public transport. In the meanwhile, this Paper analyzes the cancellation of unnecessary external pulling plates in combination with the structure and provisions on high-rises beyond the limit, avoiding structure exceeding the limit, conserving the construction price, and improving lighting, etc.
