This Paper analyzes the utilization of a new concrete waterproofing agent to resolving the problem that the entire thermal insulation system is destroyed and even the water leaks from the external wall of a building caused by the leakage and cracking of the protective layer of the inorganic thermal insulating mortar which are widely used in the current civil architectures. A detailed description is provided from the working principle, method for use, and real effect.
