以上海为例考察有关城市旧区的价值观中对其"城市资源"属性认知的欠缺,并以多元化的观点分析其所具有的现时价值,从一个侧面体现出其在城市资源利用、环境保护、社会发展等方面具有的重大意义。
this Paper, setting Shanghai as an example, investigates the shortage of the property cognition of ＂urban resources＂ in the value of the old urban areas and analyzes its current value from pluralistic points, which reflects its significance in the urban resource utilization, environmental protection, and social development from one side.
