摘要
本文简要概述了高技术开发区的特征以及在我国的发展布局和发展趋势 ,重点分析了我国高技术开发区在发展过程中存在的问题和不足 ,并提出了几个建设性的意见。
In this article, the characters of High Technology Development Zone(HTDZ), its development location and prospective are state. Then the article focuses on the problems produced during the development process of HTDZ. At last, several constructive advise on how to solve these problems are presented in this article.
