摘要
研究目的:考察个人—组织匹配与工作满意之间的关系,以及个人—组织匹配是否会通过心理授权影响员工工作满意;研究方法:以779名企业员工为研究对象,以个人—组织匹配量表、心理授权量表与工作满意量表为研究工具,对调查数据通过相关分析、回归分析、Sobel检验等统计分析方法分析各变量之间的关系;研究结果:个人—组织匹配对工作满意存在正向预测作用,心理授权在个人—组织匹配与工作满意的关系中起部分中介作用。
Objective : To Test the relationship of Person - organization fit and job satisfaction, and test if psychological empowerment is the powerful mediator of person - organization fit and job satisfaction or not; Methods: 779 employees were asked to respond to perceived person -organization fit, psychologi- cal empowerment, and overall job satisfaction survey. The data was analyzed by correlation analysis, regression analysis and Sobel test. Results: Person -organization fit has positively predicted job satis- faction. Psychological empowerment partially mediates the relationship between person - organization fit and job satisfaction.
