摘要
研究了不同热处理制度下,Ni47Ti44Nb9合金相变及力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:降低固溶温度,固溶处理后慢速冷却或固溶处理后再时效,会降低合金相变点,增加相变滞后宽度;升高固溶温度,以及固溶加时效处理,会使得合金的强度降低塑性增加。
The change rule of heat treatment on phase transformation and mechanical properties of Ni47Ti44Nb9 alloy in differ- ent heat treatment condition is researched. The results show that reducing the solution temperature, slow cooling after solution treatment or aging after solution treatment will reduce the phase transformation point, and increase the transformation hystere- sis ; hoisting solution temperature and solid solution plus aging treatment will reduce the strength of the alloy, and increase the plastic.
