摘要
在SolidWorks环境下,利用包覆特征实现了任意圆柱凸轮三维建模的方法和步骤,并在Motion插件中模拟仿真运动,仿真正确后导入CAXA制造工程师软件中生成四轴加工的数控程序。以余弦圆柱凸轮为例讲解了整个过程。
In the SolidWorks environment, using the coating characteristics, the step and method of arbitrary cylindrical cam modeling are achieved, and simulation motion in Motion plug-in is simulated, after correct simulation, it is imported into CAXA NC program generating four axis machining manufacturing engineer software. Taking the cosine of cylindrical cam as an example, the whole process is explained, which provides the general solution for cylindrical cam design and processing.
