摘要
针对某公司2×660 MW超超临界机组中速碗式磨煤机石子煤排放量及热值偏高的问题,对内部间隙进行调整。取#2炉D磨煤机为研究对象,叶轮与节流环之间的间隙经验调整为70 mm和50 mm,对排出石子煤的称重、取样化验分析,通过计算、对比,发现在间隙调整为50 mm的情况下,石子煤排放量及其热值都有明显降低。
To solve the high pebble coal discharge and calorific value of HP Medium Speed Mills in 2×660 MW ultra super- critical units, the internal clearance in the coal mill is adjusted, taking # 2D coal mill as research object to adjust the clear- ance between impeller and throttling ring with experiences. We weighted the pebble coal discharge, and analysed the sample in two cases of the clearance between 70ram and 50mm. We find that discharge and calorific value is lower when clearance is 50mm.
