摘要
某炼钢厂100 t渣车在使用过程中,出现车轮轴频繁断裂问题。从渣车车轮轴结构出发,计算车轮轴的受力情况,并综合分析设计制造环节等方面因素,总结了最终导致车轮轴在工作中频繁断裂的原因,对于改进渣车车轮轴的设计制造提供了一定的参考。
There is a problem of lOOt slag car＇s axle fracture during the use in a steel plant. From the structure of wheel axle, the force situation of wheel axle is calculated, the factors of the design and manufacture link are comprehensively analyzed. The reasons of wheel axle fracture are summarized, which provides reference for design and manufacturing of improving the wheel axle.
