贵州黔南州粉石英特性及加工工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以黔南州产出的五种粉石英矿为研究对象,对原矿进行了XRD和XRF分析,表明样品晶体结构为六方晶系,主要成分为α-石英,SiO2含量在95.3%~98%;利用湿法球磨工艺对粉石英矿进行了超细粉碎,球磨分散后的粉石英平均粒径0.5—3μm,粒径与SEM显示的粉石英颗粒原生粒度相当,且球磨后颗粒表面周围钝化,球形度明显增加;采用水洗、酸浸法进行了提纯,粉石英经水洗后白度平均提高5.90%,酸洗后提高20.50%,提纯后SiO2含量在99.30%以上。研究成果对黔南州粉石英开发应用有一定参考价值。 Studies were made on five kinds of phase composition and major elements of the five konilite which were from Qiannan Guizhou. The samples were analyzed by XRD and XRF. The re- suhs showed that the crystal structure was hexagonal and the main component of konilite was ct - quartz, with the contents of SiO2 ranging from 95.3% to 98%. The superfine grinding of the konil- ite was via wet ball - milling. The mean diameter of konilite after ball - milling and dispersion was from 0. 5μm to 3μm, which was the same as the particle size of primary ore particles by SEM ima- ges. Moreover, the SEM images indicated that the resulting particles became smoother and the sphericity degree increased after ball - milling. The grinding products were purified by simple washing and also acid leaching. The results of whiteness and purity analysis showed that the white- ness could be increased 5.90% by washing and 20.50% by acid leaching, and the content of SiO2 could reach over 99.30%. This study could be useful for the development and exploitation of konil- ite and relevant minerals in Qiannan.
