摘要
通过对滇桂石斛栽培基质和施肥方式的对比试验研究,结果表明:1)不同栽培基质中,松树皮处理的成活率最高,为86.77%,茎高生长量和茎粗生长量明显优于其他基质。2)施肥均能在一定程度上提高滇桂石斛栽培成活率及生长势,其中自配的1/2MS营养液效果最佳,与其他处理都存在明显差异。
The effect of cultural substance and fertilization solution on the survival rate and growth of Dendrobi- um guangxiense was studied, and the result showed that： 1 ） treatment of pine bark substrate had the highest survival rate （86. 77% ） , with stem height and diameter being obviously superior to other substrates; 2 ） all of the nutrient solutions could improve the survival rate and the growth of Dendrobium guangxiense to some extents, with 1/2MS nutrient having the significantly higher efficiency than other treatments.
