基于刚度和模态灵敏度分析的微型客车车架轻量化研究

摘要 利用HyperWorks建立某微型客车车架的有限元模型,以车架刚度和模态分析为基础,经灵敏度分析确定优化设计变量,把刚度和低阶模态频率为约束条件,以零件料厚为设计变量进行轻量化设计。优化后车架总质量减轻了8.4%,一阶模态频率有所提升,扭转刚度、弯曲刚度基本维持原有水平,实现了静动态特性保证前提下的结构轻量化。 A FE model of a minibus frame is established with HyperWorks, on the basis of the stiffness and modal analysis of the car frame and the optimization design variables are determined through the sensitivity analysis. Then an optimization of the frame thick- ness is conducted with the stiffness and modal properties as a constraint precondition. When the total mass of the car frame is re- duced by 8.4%, the main modal frequencies are somewhat raised. At this time the obtained weight-reduction meets the requirement of both static and dynamic properties.
