条烟装封箱机新型箱坯料仓的设计

Design Conveyor of Corrugated Board Carton for Case Packer

介绍了目前国内卷烟厂普遍采用的条烟装封箱机箱坯料仓的结构。针对现有结构所存在的箱坯存放数量少、箱坯易变形、尺寸调整不便等问题,设计一种新型箱坯料仓,这种箱坯料仓相对于现有的结构,将箱坯存放方式由平放式改为立方式,增加了箱坯存放数量的同时解决了箱坯易变形的问题;针对不同尺寸规格的箱坯,可以通过丝杆滑座来进行方便的调整。该结构通过中试验证,效果良好。

This paper brifly introduces the structure of the existing case packer box blank warehouse in China. According to the defi- ciency in the box blank storage quantity of the existing structure,box blank deformation and inconvenient size adjustment, it designs a new structure box blank warehouse. The box blank storage mode is changed from flat to stand way in this sturcture, so as to in- crease its storage quantity and solve the deformation problems. According to the different specifications of the box blank, the adjust- ment can be carried out by the use of the screw slide. The structure is proved itself to be very perfect effect through the test.
