某自动机阻铁断裂分析

摘要 为了解决某火炮自动机阻铁发生断裂的原因,在对阻铁运动过程分析的基础上,利用ANSYS分析软件,建立了阻铁与推弹滑座的有限元仿真模型。对自动机复进过程中推弹滑座与阻铁的相互作用进行静力学和显式动力学仿真分析,分析结果表明碰撞力是导致阻铁断裂的主要原因,而复进簧传递给推弹滑座的力对阻铁的作用较小。分析结果与试验的实际情况基本符合。研究结果对自动机阻铁的改进设计具有一定的参考意义。 In order to know the reason of an automation's hammer catch fracture, on the basis of analysing hammer catch's motion process, the analysis software ANASYS is used to build the finite element simulation model of the hammer catch and cartridge push- ing slider. In automation's recoil process, statics simulation and explicit dynamics simulation are used to analysies the impact of car- tridge pushing slider and hammer catch. The gohen result shows that the collision force is the main factor of the hammer catch frac- ture, and the elastic force from the return spring to cartridge pushing slider has smaller influence. The results of analysis are in ac- cord with those of the actual test. The reseamh results of this paper are of great meaning to the improvement design of the automa- tion's hammer catch.
