摘要
随着数控机床发展的深入,已被诸多企业广泛使用。但时至今日,仍有很多数控机床的操作者,对于刀尖圆弧、进给量对表面粗糙度的影响,观念还很模糊。针对此种现象,站在指导应用的角度,对这三者之间的关系进行论述,给数控机床加工过程中一些应用启示。
With the development of CNC machine, it is widely used in many enterprises. But the effectof knifepoint arc and feed rate on surface roughness is still understood by now. Aiming at this phenomenon, this essay stands on the angle of the guide to discuss the rela- tions among knifepoint, feed rate and surface roughness and gives out some application enlightenment in its manufacturing process.
