摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对某型号大型养路机械散料自动装卸运输车的底架进行了静态分析和模态分析。静态分析表明,底架的静强度满足要求,但在满载最大联挂速度行驶工况和紧急制动工况下的动强度不足;模态分析表明,底架整体结构动态特性基本满足要求,但存在有害振型。综合分析表明,底架需要进行结构改进以保证散料自动装卸运输车高可靠性的设计要求。
The static and modal analyses are done for the bulk truck underframe of automatic loading and unloading of a certain track maintenance machinery by use of the finite-element analysis software ANSYS. The result of the static analysis shows that the underframe strength meets the requirements, but the dynamic strength is insufficient in full load maximum linking speed condition and emergency braking conditions; The result of the modal analysis shows that the underframe dynamic characteristics basically meet the requirements, but the harmful vibration exists in it. Comprehensive analysis shows that the underframe needs improving its structure to ensure the high reliability of design requirements.
