摘要
锥面碟簧式锁紧油缸中,摩擦环受力变形复杂,传统的理论力学分析方式过于繁琐。建立了锥面碟簧式锁紧缸摩擦环的有限元分析模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算得到在不同摩擦环结构下自锁油缸的最大应力、位移和锁紧吨位,可为锥面碟簧式锁紧油缸的设计改进提供必要的理论方法。
In cone ring-disc spring locking cylinder, the deformation of friction ring is in complicated loading condition, while, it is too complicated to use the traditional theory to analiyze the mechanisn.This paper establishes, the finite element analysis model of the friction ring and obtains the maximum stress, displacement and lock tonnage in different structures of friction ring by means of the FEA software ANSYS. The results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of designing cone ring-disc spring locking cylinder.
