条形机油冷却器缺陷的有限元分析

摘要 机油冷却器是对汽车发动机润滑用机油进行冷却的装置,其品质的稳定性和可靠性直接影响发动机的性能。通过有限元计算的方法,计算了条形机油冷却器单层的固有频率及振型。在研究模型上人为模拟焊接缺陷,分析了缺陷位置、尺寸大小,及缺陷数目对模型固有频率的影响。有限元计算所得结论为进一步对条形机油冷却器缺陷进行实验研究和识别提供了指导,对工程中机油冷却器缺陷的检验方法的改进具有一定的指导意义。 Oil cooler is a device which is used to cool down the lubricating oil of automobile engine.The stability and reliability of its quality has direct influence on the engine performance. This paper uses the finite element analysis to analyze the natural frequencies and vibration modes of single layer strip-shaped oil cooler and simulates weld defects on the research model to analyze the influence of the position, size and number of the defects on the model natural frequency. Its conclusion provides guidance for the further exper- imental researches and recognizing the defects of strip-shaped oil cooler and is of great theoretical value to improving the defect rec- ognition method of oil cooler.
