摘要
利用有限元技术对城市轨道车辆上小弯梁零件的成形过程进行了数值模拟。预测了小弯梁成形特性,得到了小弯梁成形极限图、应力及应变分布、厚度分布。研究结果可为冲压成形小弯梁类零件的设计及其冲压成形工艺开发提供参考。
Through the finite element analysis,this paper simulates the sheet stamping forming of small size curved steel girder which is used in rail car, analyzes its stamping forming performance and obtains the forming limit diagram with MISE, strain and cross-sectional thickness distribution. The results give a reference to curved steel girder design and its forming process analysis.
