摘要
为了解决某型车载平台在野外作业时,测量仪器需要一高精度水平平台作基准,设计了这种双层单点自动调整水平基准平台。该平台采用上下两层结构,比对双轴水平传感器在x轴和y轴方向的倾斜角,分层进行单点调平。可用手动、自动两种方式调平。调平方法简单,平台结构轻巧,工作可靠,便于固定安装在运载车辆上,能很好地解决仪器对水平基准的精度要求。
Because a type of vehicle platform needs adjusting its level accurately in the field work, this paper designs the horizontal datum platform with double layer,single point and automatic adjustmant.lts structure is two layers. Through comparing the tilt angles of biaxial level sensor in the X axis and Y axis, single point is leveled by layers. The leveling method can be manual and automatic. The leveling method, platform structure,work and vehicle installation all can meet the accuracy requirement of the instrument horizontal datum.
