摘要
加工小模数软齿面齿轮的滚齿机应具备功能齐全、精度高、效率高、稳定性好、维修保养简单等特点,一般用机械传动方式设计生产的滚齿机很难达到这样的要求,且生产成本较大。随着数控技术的出现和发展,为解决这些难题打开了新的思路。在原有普通小模数滚齿机的基础上,进行了数控改型设计,不仅满足用户对这种设备功能、精度、效率的要求,还大大简化了机床的整体设计制造,给用户的生产、维修带来很大的便利。
Abstract:The gear hobbing machine used for processing small module soft tooth surface gear should be charactedstic of the com- plete functions, such as high precision, high efficiency, good stability, simple maintenance and so on. The cost of production is high- er by use of the common machine design and it' s difficult to meet the requirements for mechanical gear hobbing machine. With the emergence and development of the numerical control technology we have new ideas of solving these problems. The CNC transforma- tion design is used on the mechanical small module gear hobbing machine. It not only meets user' s requirements of the equipment function, accuracy, efficiency, but also greatly simplifies the overall design of the machine tool and brings great convenience to us- er's production and maintenance.
