摘要
医药制造业隶属于生物医药产业,是广西发展战略性新兴产业的重点支撑行业之一,具有重要的提升价值和发展前景,为促进广西医药制造业的创新能力的提升,建立了医药制造行业创新绩效评价体系,并运用DEAMalmquist指数法对全国各省市在产业2006年～2010年创新绩效水平进行了客观评价.结果表明:与国内多数省份相比广西医药制造业的创新绩效水平在近5年来实现了巨大提升,但主要得益于技术效率的贡献,而非技术进步的贡献.
Pharmaceutical industry is one of the key industries of Guangxi strategic emerging industries. In order to enhance its innovation capability, this paper built an innovation performance evaluation system of the industry and used the DEA-Malmquist to make an objective evaluation of the industry all over the country from 2006 to 2010. The results show that the innovation performance level of Guangxi pharmaceutical industry has achieved a huge growth in the past five years. This, however, depends more on the contribution of technical efficiency than that of the technological progress.
