稻谷品变模拟中脂肪酸值测定的误差与结果比较

摘要 选取稻谷以GB/T 20569-2006《稻谷储存品质判定规则》为基准,阐述了实际操作国标中碱滴定法测定稻谷脂肪酸值终点难判断的弊端,并通过对比手滴法实验与脂肪酸值测定仪自动滴定法,校正了不同仪器之间的台间差,探索了砻谷对稻谷脂肪酸值测定结果的影响,发现砻谷次数和粉碎粒度在一定程度上对测定结果均有影响。以期为科研及实际应用试验中准确测定稻谷脂肪酸值提供参考。 The disadvantage of the traditional method to determine the fat acid value is described in this study, mainly based on the"Guidelines for evaluation of paddy storage character", which was written in GB/T 20569--2006. Also the results between the manual operation and automatic control were compared to cor- rect the table difference in different instruments. And then the results of paddy fatty acid value by different pretreatment methods were explored. Both hulling frequency and crushing granularity made difference on determination results to some extent. The result is to provide a reference for research and practical applica- tion in correct determination of paddy fatty acid.
