摘要
每个国家都有自己的社会与文化背景,因此工程师培养过程也都有自己的特点,对工程人才各个培养阶段的要求也有所不同。通过对我国工程师培养过程进行分析,以培养社会需要的合格工程人才为目标,探讨高等工程教育过程中工程实践教学在学生各方面培养中所发挥的重要作用。
Every country has its own social and cultural background ,So engineers’ training mode also has its own characteristics .Each cultivating stage’ requirements of engineering talents are different .This paper is on the basis of the analysis of our country engineers’ training mode ,and the target is to cultivate society-needed engineering talents .This paper also discusses an important role of engineering practical teaching for training students in the higher engineering education .
