摘要
结合科研项目设计并实现了一种用于本科生毕业实习的二维平面运动系统实验平台,介绍了该平台的总体结构,设计了该平台的全数字交流伺服系统的控制方案,实现了保护功能完善、人机界面友好、交互方便的实验平台控制软件。该实验平台具有硬件透明直观和软件开放等特点,在实际的教学和科研中取得了较好的效果。
An experimental platform of two-dimensional motion system for undergraduates to practice is designed based on the specific research projects .The overall structure is analyzed and the control scheme of the digital AC servo system is designed .The control software with perfect protection function is completed .It also has a friendly interface .undergraduates can use it convenient to do the experiment .The experimental platform has transparent and intuitive hardware and opening software .It has achieved the desired results in the actual teaching and scientific research .
