摘要
用25mL滴定管、10mL移液管、100mL锥形瓶等常规仪器,对传统的滴定分析实验内容进行了减量化改造研究。实验结果表明,减量化滴定能够达到常量滴定分析要求的精密度与准确度,可以满足滴定分析实验的教学要求,有利于培养学生严谨的科学态度和认真细致的工作习惯,使学生树立绿色化学思想和环保意识,同时大幅度降低实验消耗、节省实验经费,全面提高人才的培养质量和效益。
The reduction transformation of the traditional titrimetric analysis of experimental content is studied by using conventional instruments of 25 mL buret , 10 mL pipette and 100 mL conical bottles . The experimental results show that the miniaturized titration method may achieve the same precision and accuracy of the conventional titrimetric analysis , and satisfy the requirements of titrimetric analysis experimental teaching ,help to train students in rigorous scientific attitude and good working habits ,and enable students to establish the concept of green chemistry and environmental protection awareness . At the same time , this method can greatly reduce the experimental reagent wastage ,save experimental expenditure ,and raise the quality and benefit of the talent training .
