运用企业精细化管理的理念和相应的管理制度与措施,对学生的内场实习进行管理,从实习内容精细化、实习过程组织精细化、实习评价精细化等方面进行研究,以全面提升内场实习的质量和效益,强化"实践技能见长"的人才培养特色。
The concept of enterprise delicacy management and corresponded management system and measure are used to be transplanted to management of the college students .And the delicacy practice content ,the delicacy organization of practice process ,the delicacy practice evaluation and so on are studied .Its purpose is to promote the practice quality and benefit comprehensively , and strengthen the talent cultivation characteristic-“the advantage of practice and skill .”
