高校危险物品安全管理规范化研究

Standardization safety management of dangerous articles in colleges and universities

针对目前高校危险物品安全管理方面存在的问题,以北京航空航天大学危险物品安全管理为研究对象,进行了危险物品安全管理的探索与实践。参照国家相关标准,明确了高校危险物品安全管理的基本规范,确定了高校危险物品安全管理的管理责任、个人责任、安全设计、安全标志、事故报告、宣教培训、内务行为和应急预案等几个方面的安全管理基本要求。

It has the important meaning to formulate university related safety administrative regulations and security standard , specially regarding standardized safety management of the dangerous articles . It can promote the university security management being scientific ,standardized normative ,and raise the university safety management level .In view of the problems which exist in present university safety management on dangerous articles ,taking the actual situation of Beihang University safety management on dangerous articles as an example , it has been explored and practiced about the safety management on dangerous articles . Referencing to the country related standard , it has been clear about the overall principle of the safety management of the university dangerous articles , and has determined the each link ’ s safety management requirement for the management responsibility , personal liability , safe design , danger marking , accident report ,propaganda training ,internal affairs behavior ,emergency plans and so on .
