摘要
针对发动机高温钢部件的需求,制备了一种耐高温铝粉涂料。研究了环氧改性有机硅树脂、铝粉浆和助剂的选择与配比对涂料性能的影响,并确定了涂料的最佳配方。性能检测结果表明,涂层的附着力达1级,耐温性达300℃,铅笔硬度达4H,耐盐雾性达2 000 h以上,耐湿热性达1 000 h以上,且涂层的力学性能良好。该涂料已应用于某高强钢制造的发动机部件,防护效果良好。
A high temperature resistant aluminum coatings for steel parts of the engine was prepared. The effects of the ingredients, including epoxy-modified silicon resin, aluminum paste and additives proportion on the performance of coatings were studied.
