摘要
以腰果油改性聚酰胺为固化剂制备了一种环氧防腐底漆,并按铁道部标准TB/T 2260—2001的规定对涂层的防腐性和机械性能进行了测试。结果表明,使用腰果油改性聚酰胺作为固化剂能明显提高涂层的耐盐雾性,对涂层的机械性能影响甚微,达到了铁道部标准要求。
A kind of epoxy anticorrosive primer was prepared with cashew oil-modified polyamide as the curing agent. The anticorrosive property and mechanical property of the coating were tested according to the the Ministry of Railways standard TB/T 2260--2001. The results showed that the use of cashew oil-modified polyamide as the curing agent can remarkably improve the salt fog resistance, while have little effect on the mechanical property of the coating, reaching the requirements of the Ministry of Railways standards.
