摘要
由于澳门地区咨询项目特殊的工程区域环境,项目实施的方法与境内工程和常规国外工程均有一定的差异。以项目管理理论为基础,结合澳门法律法规和澳门电厂地基修复工程咨询项目及澳门大学新校区监察项目案例,总结相关经验并进行分析,为日后类似工作的开展提供参考依据。
Consulting project in Macao administrative district involves overseas project management. With reference to its engineering characteristics, implementing methods are different from domestic project and regular oversea project. Based on the project management principle, and combining with Macao's law, regulation requirement and the experience of consultant service for CEM foundation repair project and new campus of university of Macao, this paper analyzes related experience to serve as reference for similar work.
