基于设计院工程设计电子文档管理存在的普遍问题,结合档案数字化建设的目标,分析数字化建设中需要解决的纸质与电子文件一致性、电子签名和制图规范化等问题,阐述三航院电子文件管理的工作方法和流程,并评价其成效及不足,总结数字化建设经验,并对下一步工作提出展望。

This paper analyses the coherence of paper-based and electronic documents, electronic signature and design standardization during the archives digitalization based on the common problem of electronic document management and objectives of archives digitalization. The paper describes the new methods and processes of the company＇s electronic archives management, evaluates it and summarizes the experience of archives digitalization. The paper also prospects the future work of archives digitalization.
