基于企业大学的校企协同发展研究

改革开放以来,我国经济保持了快速的增长,国内企业的不断发展壮大以及对人才需求的不断增长,综合运用理论研究、资料研究和实地调研的方法,从校企合作角度研究企业大学,对企业和高校合作创办企业大学进行探讨,可以研究出如何充分利用二者的资源优势建立企业大学,实现双赢局面。先从校企共建企业大学的现象和本质入手,对我国企业大学的现状进行分析,得出我国企业大学处于初级阶段,在此基础上,提出我国校企合作下企业大学存在的问题及对策建议。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇s economy has maintained rapid growth. Continuous development of domestic enterprises and the growth of the growing demand for talent. By using the theory of research method, data and field research, this paper studies universities from the angle of university-enterprise cooperation. To explore the construction of corporate university between enterprise and university, it can help us to know how to make full use of the two resources advantage to achieve a win-win situation. Starting with the phenomenon and essence of enterprise and university cooperation, this paper analyzes the status quo ofChina＇s enterprise university, the university of Chinese enterprises in the initial stage. On this basis, the paper puts forward the existing problems and Countermeasures of the cooperation between enterprise and university in China.
