为提升我国综合竞争力,需提高科技人才的创新能力。针对我国高校目前缺乏创新活力的实际情况,分析创新性学习和创新性教育的具体内涵,从组织管理的角度提出培养发掘创新型人才的具体应对策略。在指导毕业设计中的应用效果表明了该培养策略的可行性和实效性较好。

In order to enhance the competitiveness of our country, the innovative capability of scientific and technological person- nel need to be improved. According to the actual situation of the lack of creativity in Chinese universities, through the analysis of the specific connotation of innovative learning and innovative education, the specific coping strategies of training and exploring innovative talents are proposed from the standpoint of organization and management. And the cultivating strategies are applied to guide graduation project, the application effect shows that the feasibility and effectiveness is better.
