Chinese-English Language Unit Configuration Reflects the Female Culture

语言是人们交流的工具,文字是记录语言的符号。同时,语言文字也是历史的一面镜子,清晰地折射出社会人生百态。从女性视角出发,以《说文解字》"女"部字和英语语言中部分词汇为例,分析汉英语言文字、词汇中所蕴含的女性文化印迹,反映出中外女性在社会生产、生活中地位的变迁。

Languages are tools of communication, words are symbols of recording languages. At the same time, languages and words are also the mirror of our history, clearly reflects the social life. This paper, starting from the female perspective, taking＂ component in the Origin of Chinese Character and part of the words in English language for example, analyzes female cultural prints contained in Chinese-English language and vocabulary, and reflects the Chinese and foreign female status vicissitudes in social produc- tion and life.
